Windows 10 build 19045.3269 (KB5028244) is out in preview

Addresses an issue affecting the Search app. It opens in full screen, blocking additional Start menu actions, and you can’t close it. Addresses an issue affecting I/O via Server Message Block (SMB). It may fail when you use the LZ77+Huffman compression algorithm.
